What does the transport process look like?

Once you make a booking, you’ll be assigned a transport manager who oversees the process,

from pick-up to delivery, and will keep you updated.

Do you offer door-to-door service?

Yes, we can pick up from your location and deliver to another location (door-to-door), or to/from depots.

Where are you based, and which areas do you service?

Our head office is on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We also operate with depots and a partner

network that spans across major Australian cities.

What happens if there are delays?

We provide regular updates during transport, and your transport manager will communicate with

you if any unexpected delays occur.

Can I transport multiple vehicles in one order?

Yes — we offer multi-vehicle transportation options.

How is payment handled?

Full payment is required before transport, although payment terms can be organised for dealerships.
